1. Who provides SummitBird
SummitBird is provided by NomadWay OÜ, Veskiposti tn 2-1002, 10138 Tallinn, Estonia (hello@summitbird.app).
2. Access
Public events can be browsed without an account. To use an event's features, sign in with the invited e-mail address and the one-time code.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the use of your account and of your e-mail address. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
4. Content and conduct
You are responsible for what you publish. Do not publish unlawful, hateful, harassing or misleading content, spam, or content that infringes other people's rights, and do not impersonate anyone.
5. Moderation
You can report content and block people. Organizers and SummitBird may remove content and withdraw access to an event when these terms are not respected.
6. Events and organizers
Each event is organized by its own organizers, who are responsible for its content. SummitBird provides the tool and does not organize the events.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep SummitBird available but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Tallinn, without prejudice to the rights of consumers.
