Check your spam and promotions folders and make sure you use the e-mail address the organizers invited. If it still does not arrive, write to hello@summitbird.app from that address and tell us the name of the event.

Public events are listed in the app. Other events open with the invitation sent by their organizers.

Use the report and block options in the app. Organizers review reports.

In the app, open the account menu and choose “Delete my account”. We send a six-digit confirmation code to your e-mail address. Once you enter it, deletion is permanent: your sessions are closed, your access to the event is removed and your account is deleted. If your account also gives you organizer access, that access is deleted too.

If you cannot use the app, write to hello@summitbird.app from the e-mail address of your account and ask us to delete it. We will reply to confirm your request.
