1. Who is responsible
NomadWay OÜ (registry code 17054230), Veskiposti tn 2-1002, 10138 Tallinn, Estonia, operates SummitBird. You can contact us about privacy at hello@summitbird.app.
2. Data we process
Your e-mail address, to invite you, send you sign-in and confirmation codes and identify your account. The name you choose. The profile information you add: photo, job title, company or organization, short bio, LinkedIn link and website. The messages, photos and videos you send in event chats. The sessions you join. The reports you send and the people you block. Technical data needed to keep the service secure and working, such as sign-in sessions and app attestation.
3. Why we process it
To give you access to the events you are invited to and run the features of the app (programme, directory, chats). To moderate content and keep the service safe. To answer your messages. We rely on the performance of the service you request and on our legitimate interest in keeping it safe.
4. Who can see your data
The other attendees of an event see your chosen name and profile in its directory, unless you leave the directory. Messages are visible to the participants of the chat where you write them; your name is visible to the attendees in the general chat and session chats. The organizers of your event can see the attendee list they provided and the reports of their event. We use these providers: Google (Firebase: authentication, database, file storage, functions and hosting), Brevo (sending e-mails) and Zoho (the hello@summitbird.app mailbox).
5. How long we keep it
Messages and media are kept until the data of the event is erased, unless the author deletes them, moderation removes them or your account is deleted. Your account and profile are kept until you delete your account. E-mails you send us are kept as long as needed to answer them.
6. Your choices and rights
You can leave the directory at any time from My profile and delete your account from the app (see the Support page). You may ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection by writing to hello@summitbird.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or the authority of your country of residence.
7. This website
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics and shows no consent banner. Our hosting provider keeps technical server logs.

We will publish any change on this page and update the date above.
